Leadership Outcomes
Turn Knowledge Into Leadership. Inspire Teams. Transform Organizations.

Capability Driven. Intelligence Powered. Mission Focused.
Cyber defense requires more than training. It requires the right capabilities to understand risk, strengthen operations, and defend against evolving threats. Through Force Labs, the Cyber Defense Center researches, incubates, and develops innovative technologies that help organizations move beyond compliance toward measurable defensive capability.
From cyber threat intelligence and exposure analysis to AI enabled defense, operational readiness, product assurance, and emerging collective defense technologies, we build practical capabilities that strengthen defenders and the communities they protect.
Featured: ThreatSpire is the Cyber Defense Center's cyber defense platform, designed to help organizations measure, visualize, and improve defensive capability. By combining research, intelligence, operational readiness, and performance measurement, ThreatSpire provides a common operating picture that enables organizations to understand where they are today and where they need to improve tomorrow.
The Cyber Defense Center is incubating over 50 capabilities through these programs including licensing research with the Department of Energy National Labs to develop commercial applications for new cyber security products designed for critical infrastructure. We partner with industry innovators, researchers, and Universities to bring these products to market.
Research. Innovate. Deploy. Defend.

Trust is the foundation of effective cyber defense. The Cyber Defense Center builds trust through independent certification, transparent assessment, operational validation, and collaborative defense models that strengthen confidence across organizations, industries, and communities.
Our product and organizational certification programs recognize demonstrated capability, not marketing claims. Our Collective Defense initiatives connect organizations to share knowledge, strengthen readiness, and improve resilience together. Through our National Fusion Model, we help transform isolated security efforts into coordinated defense networks capable of responding to emerging threats at community, regional, and national scale.
Why This Matters
Cybersecurity has traditionally focused on protecting individual organizations. Future conflicts will target entire supply chains, communities, regions, and nations. Success will depend on the ability to rapidly share intelligence, coordinate response, recover together, and continuously adapt.
The Cyber Defense Center is helping build that future by advancing new models of readiness, resilience, and trusted collaboration that extend beyond organizational boundaries. Our mission is to ensure that collective defense becomes more than an idea. It becomes an operational capability that communities can rely on when it matters most.
Because stronger organizations create stronger communities, trust becomes the force multiplier that enables collective defense.
Validate. Connect. Strengthen. Trust.

Stronger Communities. Stronger Nations.
Cyber defense is no longer the responsibility of individual organizations. Every school, hospital, utility, nonprofit, municipality, and business depends on the resilience of the communities around them.
The Cyber Defense Center brings defenders together through our Collective Defense philosophy, enabling organizations to share knowledge, strengthen readiness, and coordinate their response to emerging threats. Through education, research, trusted partnerships, and our National Fusion Model, we help transform isolated organizations into connected defense communities that are stronger together than they could ever be alone. Because when communities become more resilient, nations become more secure.
Organizations We Serve
Different By Design
The Cyber Defense Center is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 charity organization. This means that we are part of the community we serve. This allows us to fundamentally approach cyber security and defense differently and benefit our community along the way. Engage a typical cyber security firm, employ professionals and benefit an owner. Engage the Cyber Defense Center, employ professionals, ascend students, veterans, economically disadvantaged populations, and neurodiverse beneficiaries, build national capabilities, and strengthen our community.
One Community. One Mission. One Collective Defense.

Engineering the Next Generation of Collective Defense
The future of cyber defense will not be won through isolated organizations operating alone. As artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, cyber physical attacks, and nation state adversaries continue to evolve, defense must evolve faster.
The Cyber Defense Center is researching, engineering, and incubating the next generation of collective defense capabilities that strengthen resilience across communities, critical infrastructure, industry, and government. Through advanced research, emerging technologies, trusted partnerships, and innovative defense models, we are building a future where organizations collaborate, share intelligence, and defend together.
We believe asymmetric threats require asymmetric defense. The answer is not simply more technology. It is a new model of defense that connects people, organizations, communities, and nations into a resilient ecosystem capable of adapting to whatever comes next. Because the future will not be defended by one organization. It will be defended by all of us.
Our Vision
Future Focused
All Cyber Defense Center Research aligns with our core tenets which set ethical service boundaries centered around our core tenet, to stay future focused.
We are not just defending today’s networks, we are shaping tomorrow’s cyber defense.
Research. Innovate. Unite. Defend. The future belongs to those who defend together.

Develop the people, processes, technologies, and governance needed to establish a strong and sustainable defense posture.

Assess, test, validate, and exercise capabilities to identify weaknesses before adversaries do.

Apply proven methods, experienced practitioners, and defense-grade solutions to protect critical services, critical infrastructure, communities, and missions from cyber threats.
Real Defense. Real Consequences. Real Readiness.

Negligence Creates Opportunity. Opportunity Creates Motive. Observability Reveals Intent.
The Cyber Defense Center advances an integrated model of cybersecurity and fraud defense designed to address the growing overlap between cyber compromise, financial abuse, operational manipulation, insider exploitation, and systemic accountability failures.
Modern fraud rarely exists independently of technology. Fraud persists inside systems that were never designed for observability, accountability, behavioral analysis, or adversarial detection. Our Fraud Defense initiative combines cyber defense, investigative methodology, AI-enabled analysis, operational risk modeling, and evidentiary support to help organizations identify, prevent, investigate, and defend against fraud-driven threats.
Core Fraud Defense Offerings:
The Cyber Defense Center approaches fraud as both a cybersecurity problem and an operational resilience problem. This integrated perspective enables organizations to better understand how cyber compromise, process abuse, insider activity, weak controls, and financial exploitation converge inside modern systems.
Fraud rarely emerges from a single event. It develops inside environments where:
The absence of observability creates conditions where fraud can remain hidden inside normal operations for extended periods of time. Therefore, our approach focuses on:
